Job summary

Publicis Groupe Singapore, through Digitas Singapore, is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and deliver integrated marketing, digital experiences and platform work.

You will work closely with the Associate Account Director to oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring teams stay aligned, projects move forward and client expectations are met with high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of agency, consultancy or relevant client-side experience.
• Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to independently manage day-to-day client conversations.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships across stakeholder levels.
• Own day-to-day management of multiple projects and workstreams from briefing to delivery and optimisation.
• Build briefs, timelines, status reports and documentation to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate across strategy, creative, CRM, data, technology and partners to keep work moving.
• Support measurement, reporting and performance review processes and contribute to optimisation.
