Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years in production planning or supply chain, with strong Excel and data analysis skills and the ability to work with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, demand planning or supply chain management.
• Good knowledge of production planning and inventory management specific to Food Production.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills to support planning and reporting.
• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination to manage collaboration.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Work Order Forms from Sales to initiate production activities.
• Prepare and coordinate daily and forward production schedules to align with demand and capacity.
• Plan production by analyzing customer demand, delivery deadlines, capacity constraints, and material availability.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on outstanding or delayed orders to maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential material shortages to prevent disruptions.
• Analyze sales demand and upcoming production requirements to support planning.
• Prepare detailed reports on production status, order fulfillment, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
