Worklane GmbH in Singapore seeks a Manager, Demand Planning to strengthen demand planning operations and planning excellence. You will drive IBP cycles, improve forecast quality, and embed standardized planning practices and tools.

You will lead cross-functional alignment, integrate historical trends, and leverage analytics to anticipate demand drivers. You will collaborate with commercial, finance, and supply teams to ensure accurate forecasts, timely reviews, and scalable planning solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning or IBP
• Experience driving monthly demand planning cycles and reviews
• Experience with forecasting methods and analytics
• Exposure to global planning processes and CPFR is a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead demand planning operations and IBP cycles to bridge demand-supply gaps
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Planning and Sales to align forecasts and budgets
• Develop and implement standardized planning processes and tools
