Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior Demand Planner to develop and manage integrated demand forecasts for the CMR/HDX channels.

You will collaborate with an IBP data scientist to generate reliable forecasts, coordinate demand reviews, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and planning processes. Responsibilities include analyzing historical sales trends, orchestrating demand planning, and leading cross-functional forums to align on unconstrained demand and supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years relevant experience in forecasting or planning is preferred.
• Strong executive presence and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with management at all levels.
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop Demand Forecasts using IBP data scientist modeling and market intel.
• Coordinate Demand Reviews with sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Execute Demand Planning to provide reliable forecasts.
• Analyze Historical Sales Trends and demand drivers.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of forecast accuracy and bias.
• Derive Consolidated Forecasts for unconstrained demand.
• Evaluate IBP Deviations for current month planning.
• Facilitate Best Practices and drive consensus among experts.
• Drive Improvement Actions and stakeholder communication plans.
• Monitor Forecast Consumption and plan attainment.
