Job summary

Sephora Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Sephora Collection Demand Planner to lead demand planning activities for Sephora Collection across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, balancing service levels, stock and costs in our warehouses.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Planning, Marketing and Finance, review forecasts, align launches, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive improvements to forecasting models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand by integrating targets, launches and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to forecast active and new product launches.
• Conduct monthly root cause analysis on forecast inaccuracy.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance.
• Participate in S&OP processes and monitor stock aging.
• Define and implement planning process improvements.
