Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist (Supply Chain) on a 6 months contract to support IBP processes and forecasting activities.

You will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and improve business performance. The role involves developing short- and long-term demand forecasts, collaborating on forecasting models, and tracking KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Demand Planning, IBP or S&OP in fast-paced industries.
• Knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and S&OP processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support IBP process and forecasting activities.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations to drive alignment.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts.
• Collaborate to build, validate, and enhance forecasting models.
