Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP or S&OP in fast-paced industries.
• Familiarity with demand forecasting, inventory planning and S&OP processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the demand planning function as part of the IBP process, contributing to forecasting and business strategies.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to enhance collaboration and drive performance.
• Manage short-term and long-term demand forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with forecasting and analytics teams to develop and refine statistical demand forecasts.
• Maintain and utilize demand planning systems and tools to support planning activities.
• Analyze forecast variances, service-level issues, and planning gaps; provide insights for improvement.
• Support regional/global digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven forecasting.
• Monitor and report KPIs, including forecast accuracy, supply outlook, shipment risks and planning performance.
• Collaborate with customer service and order management to balance supply-demand for optimal fulfillment.
• Work with logistics to manage inventory health and minimize obsolescence risks.
