Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Demand Planning professional to support IBP processes, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional alignment with commercial, supply chain and operations teams. You will manage short- and long-term forecasts and refine statistical models with analytics partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, IBP or S&OP within FMCG, consumer goods, or fast-paced industries.
• Familiarity with demand forecasting, inventory planning and S&OP processes.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning activities within the IBP process through forecasting and planning discussions.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain and operations teams to improve coordination and drive performance.
• Manage short-term and long-term demand forecasts with accuracy and alignment to business needs.
• Partner with analytics teams to develop and refine statistical demand forecasts for predictability.
• Maintain and utilize demand planning systems and tools to support planning activities.
• Analyze forecast variances, service-level issues and gaps to propose improvements.
• Support regional and global digital transformation initiatives including AI-driven forecasting and system enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and supply outlook to report on planning performance.
• Collaborate with customer service and order management to balance supply and demand for optimal fulfilment.
• Work with logistics and commercial teams to manage inventory health and reduce obsolescence risks.
