Job summary

Sealed Air Singapore is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to optimize forecast accuracy and inventory management for key categories. You will design forecasting models, analyze demand changes and collaborate with Merchandising and Production to align supply with demand.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in SCM or related field, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluent English. You will work in a fast-paced environment, continuously improving forecasting processes and inventory targets to

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor in SCM or related field.
• 2–3+ years in supply chain, forecasting or planning.
• Strong analytical abilities and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and generate monthly statistical forecasting models.
• Conduct forecasting analysis and improve methods.
• Measure forecast accuracy.
• Control inventory targets to avoid lost sales or overstock.
• Assemble data to create sales forecasts across channels.
• Recommend inventory target adjustments based on demand trends.
• Organize forecast/inventory planning meetings with Merchandising.
• Produce carry over item orders for Production.
• Maintain demand planning SOPs and systems.
• Prepare reports on forecast and inventory measurements for management.
• Develop systems to meet service level and inventory objectives.
• Interact with Retail and Merchandising to reflect SKU forecast changes.
