Job summary

Aurora Talent is seeking a skilled professional to manage Supply Chain and Customer Care operations for the Business Unit in Singapore. You will lead demand planning, inventory and inbound logistics to ensure continuous availability and on-time fulfillment.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end customer order lifecycle, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and drive performance metrics using Power BI and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years relevant experience in supply chain and customer care.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage Demand Planning and forecast alignment with sales.
• Plan inventory, replenishment, and supplier coordination.
• Oversee inbound logistics and on-time replenishment.
• Manage end-to-end customer order lifecycle.
• Coordinate outbound logistics and documentation.
