Responsibilities

• Compile and check monthly cost reports against projection and record monthly cost difference.
• Study project specific requirements and forecast possible additional costs.
• Ensure payment/projection allocations are based on specific work items.
• Check projection costs with monthly closing of POs with site.
• Monitor site expenses for all trades.
• Call for quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
• Check quantities based on drawings using software.
• Track project VO lists including computation of expected profit.
• Negotiate final accounts with vendors.
