Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tender and prepare submissions.
• Establish database for costs and materials.
• Calculate cost of construction for projects.
• Assess all contractual claims and works progress.
• Invite and evaluate sub-contractor quotations.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Monitor budget and track direct costs.
• Handle contract administration and costs monitoring.
• Administer site orders of materials.
