Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite, L&D, HR, and business stakeholders to assess learning needs and design solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses and translate challenges into learning objectives and proposals.
• Advise on upskilling strategies and AI transformation initiatives for client workforces.
• Own portfolio from outreach to negotiation and contract closure, maintaining CRM updates.
