Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Corporate Real Estate Project Consultant to lead end-to-end real estate initiatives across our portfolio in Singapore. You will manage projects from concept through design, procurement, construction, and post-implementation review, coordinating with senior stakeholders and external partners to deliver workspace solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Real Estate, Property Management, Construction, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, facilities management, or project/program management.
• Able to independently run real estate projects from scoping to completion.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams across a portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Direct corporate real estate initiatives across all project phases (scope, feasibility, business case, design, construction, relocation).
• Act as accountable project lead, manage timelines, budget, risk, and quality.
• Translate operational needs into functional workplace strategies and space utilization plans.
• Develop master plans, budgets, schedules, governance, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, accessibility, sustainability, and information security standards.
