Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience in property development or construction.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal & visual).
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project planning and prepare approvals and submissions
• Identify project requirements and manage multidisciplinary teams
• Assess project plans for execution, risk, safety, and QA
• Prepare planning and execution documents for regulatory compliance
• Prepare progress reports and approvals for variation orders
• Manage timeline and budget across disciplines
• Ensure quality standards and conduct site meetings
• Coordinate resident engineers and project activities
• Deliver projects on time, cost, and quality, meeting obligations
• Prepare completion documents for regulatory submission
• Ensure safety compliance per WSH policies
• Uphold environmental sustainability and green building standards
• Manage crises via BCM plans
