Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore is seeking a senior Marketing and Communications leader to shape strategic narratives and protect the bank's reputation. You will guide executive communications, drive thought leadership, and amplify DBS across digital and traditional channels.

You will partner with senior management, manage media engagements, and leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to inform compelling storytelling and stakeholder outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in political science, PPE, communications, journalism, economics, business or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism or related field; financial services experience advantageous.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Experience supporting senior executives and managing high-profile communications initiatives.
• AI savvy with use of data and insights to enhance communications.

Responsibilities

• Enhance DBS' corporate reputation by driving strategic communications, executive positioning and thought leadership.
• Support senior management and DBS spokespersons on external engagements, media interviews and speaking engagements.
• Research and analyse macro trends and stakeholder issues to create compelling narratives.
• Cultivate relationships with media, conference organisers and industry influencers.
• Monitor risks and support crisis communications with timely responses.
• Leverage analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness and provide insights.
