Responsibilities

• Develop strategic communications programmes for Wholesale Banking and Global Markets.
• Craft narratives to enhance thought leadership and market position.
• Advise senior executives on stakeholder engagement and reputation management.
• Translate complex market developments into executive and investor content.
• Build media relations with financial, business and trade press.
• Prepare media materials: press releases, pitches, briefs and talking points.
• Create speeches, LinkedIn content and executive messaging.
• Support executive participation in conferences and client events.
• Ensure messaging consistency across markets and units.
• Support internal comms to boost employee engagement and priorities understanding.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, IR, Sustainability and Compliance teams.
