Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract & Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and contract administration, ensuring policy compliance and timely delivery of goods and services. This role reports to the Assistant Director (Contract & Procurement) and is based at our Upper Jurong Road location.

You will track outstanding Purchase Orders, support Year-End closing, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to review contract establishment, renewal and variations.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of public sector contracts and procurement workflow preferred.
• Familiar with Government IMs and procurement policies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract status and assist in contract administration work.
• Review papers for contract establishment, renewal and variation with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and advise on procurement modes.
• Review requirement specifications and evaluation reports for ad-hoc procurement projects.
• Prepare materials for quarterly contract meetings and draft minutes.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
• Track outstanding Purchase Orders and assist in payment performance during year-end closing.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
