Qualifications

• Strong construction industry knowledge of products, projects, contractors and lifecycle.
• Proven track record generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing projects.
• High resilience and mobility for frequent site visits and long tender cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive sales targets with monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Manage multiple high-stakes client engagements and stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms, quotations and tenders with customers and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support bids and project delivery.
• Navigate price and margin pressures while staying commercially competitive.
