Job summary

AVA Global Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development, expand the client network and drive sustainable sales growth in the construction and façade sector.

The role covers sales strategy, tender management, client relationship management and market expansion with a focus on winning projects, negotiating contracts and delivering measurable revenue targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development in construction/facade industries.
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and negotiations.
Good understanding of Singapore's construction industry, tendering procedures and project procurement.
Established networks with developers, architects and main contractors is advantageous.
Ability to read architectural drawings and understand project requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, façade, curtain wall and architectural materials.
Lead client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations to win projects.
Oversee tender preparation, quotations and proposals with internal teams.
Build long-term client relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
