Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain the project master schedule, baseline and WBS.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (2- to 3-month) and resource histograms.
• Conduct EVA and delay analysis to identify variances and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with site team to plan sequence of construction activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities with project team.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule and highlight variances and risks.
• Submit EOT claims with supporting delay analysis and documentation.
• Maintain planning records, revisions and audit trails.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal departments for inputs.
