Job summary

tcg construction pte. ltd. Singapore seeks a Senior Planning Engineer with strong communication to align diverse teams and ensure plans meet regulatory and HSE standards.

You will manage programming, scheduling, tender planning, and cash flow, coordinating Contracts, Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities, and tracking progress against baselines. The role requires leading the planning team, developing and updating S-Curves and resource histograms, and proposing corrective actions

Qualifications

• Experience in developing Tender plans and pre-construction programs.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across functions.
• Strong understanding of project controls and baseline schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning department and establish work processes.
• Develop overall project logs and master plans.
• Allocate resources and monitor progress against baselines.
• Prepare and update S-Curves, resources histograms, and cash flow.
