You will read drawings, evaluate subcontractors’ quotations, manage variations, and advise project managers on financial risks. A degree in structural/civil engineering or quantity surveying and 5–6 years of relevant experience are required.

Formación

• Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–6 years of tender estimation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitors project budgets and cost control; handles tender estimation and costing.
• Conducts quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, variation orders and final accounts with clients.
