Job summary

DS CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore.

You will be responsible for measuring, costing, tendering, variation claims and contract administration, with a focus on accuracy and timely deliverables. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, familiarity with quantity take-offs, quotations and progress claims, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with measurement, costing, tendering, variation claims and contract administration.
• Able to prepare quantity take-offs, quotations and progress claims.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
