Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or ICT or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in competency-based learning development/implementation.
• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or similar is advantageous.
• Able to handle intense workload and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Governance of competency development framework; appoint leads; drive learning workplan with Synapxe management.
• Form the Synapxe Academy Faculty team to contextualise and deliver learning content.
• Collaborate to set up HealthTech Competency Framework across healthcare, technical and product domains.
• Define competency requirements per seniority; translate to recruitment and development actions.
• Develop learning pathways with mandatory and recommended training and certifications.
• Design and implement flagship programmes aligned to the competency framework.
• Partner with Business Units to analyse needs, source training vendors, and support implementation.
• Deliver standup training for in-house programmes and events.
• Design capability events to anchor a learning culture; review programmes for effectiveness.
