Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Learning & Competency Architect to chart organisational competency needs and implement training programmes that bridge gaps. You will establish governance structures and collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and the Synapxe Academy to design and deliver targeted development interventions in a future-ready workforce in Singapore.

You will partner with BUs to perform learning needs analysis, select training vendors, and ensure programmes are effective.

Qualifications

• Min Degree preferably majoring in Human Resources or Information and Communication Technologies.
• Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in competency-based learning framework development.
• Attention to set up systems and structures in a complex environment and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate governance framework for competency development and lead competency leads.
• Set up Synapxe Academy Faculty team for training delivery.
• Develop HealthTech Competency Framework across healthcare, tech and product domains.
• Determine competency requirements for professional groups and seniority levels.
• Create learning pathways with mandatory and recommended trainings and certifications.
• Design flagship programmes with adult learning pedagogy.
• Partner with BUs to analyze learning needs, source vendors, and support programme implementation.
• Conduct standup training and capability events to anchor learning culture.
• Review programmes for effectiveness and source alternatives when needed.
