Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks an experienced communications lead to plan and execute strategic engagement initiatives, craft compelling content, and oversee internal and external communications channels.

You will drive end-to-end events, present to senior audiences, and collaborate across groups to translate priorities into clear narratives, while managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or related functions.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in video production and editing using CapCut and Canva.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Collaborative, resourceful and adaptable in cross-stakeholder environments.
• May require medical declaration or further assessment during shortlisting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of service excellence initiatives aligned to the Group's values and strategy.
• Organise events from concept to delivery, including vendor management and partnerships.
• Develop and implement communications strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Create high-quality content including digital media and intranet materials.
• Oversee information channels and reporting to support informed decisions.
• Prepare presentations for senior forums, translating complex information into clear narratives.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects with proactive progress tracking and risk management.
