Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks an Assistant/Deputy Manager/Manager for Strategic Communications & Engagement. You will lead service excellence initiatives, organise events, and craft compelling narratives to convey LTA’s priorities and impact to diverse audiences.

You will develop content across digital channels, manage information flows, and present at senior forums. The role requires 4+ years in strategic communications and 2+ years in leadership, with strong storytelling

Qualifications

> Knowledge in communications, with at least 4 years in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or related functions.
> At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
> Proficient in video production and editing; CapCut and Canva experience preferred.
> Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
> Excellent organizational and project management skills.
> Collaborative and adaptable in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

> Lead planning and execution of service excellence initiatives and recognition programmes aligned to Group values and strategy.
> Organise end-to-end events, manage vendors and partnerships for quality outcomes.
> Develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
> Create high-quality content including digital collaterals, intranet materials, and multimedia assets.
> Oversee information channels and reporting to support informed decisions.
> Develop presentations for senior forums translating complex work into clear narratives.
> Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects with proactive risk tracking and timely delivery.
