Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 12+ years in software sales roles with a focus on databases or data management.
• Experience promoting databases solutions or data management software.
• Experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory business.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and work cross-functionally across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Make databases a leading topic in sales discussions and develop country/segment plans for GCP database services.
• Build relationships with customers as trusted advisors to identify database use cases and manage complex cycles.
• Deliver against quota and forecast territory performance while driving growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and progress pipeline.
• Coordinate with partner teams to activate database-focused partnerships and enable sales teams.
