Job summary

ADDX is seeking a highly sales- and purpose-driven Client Account Manager to manage a large portfolio of accredited investors and drive strategic partnerships. This role collaborates with the Head of Consumer Group to strengthen relationships and expand the investor base.

You will build strong relationships with top-tier investors, address bespoke demands, and help shape the digital client journey while identifying growth opportunities and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years in client account or relationship management or investment advisory.
• Fintech or digital solutions experience a plus.
• Network with mass affluent/high-net-worth individuals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acquire quality accredited investors aligned with ADDX's private markets proposition.
• Manage top-decile client relationships as primary contact.
• Identify strategic opportunities with Head of Consumer Group.
• Provide prompt client support and resolve inquiries.
• Share client feedback to inform product and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
