Network Media Ltd. seeks a Client Advisor for Sales & Portfolio Growth. This fully remote role focuses on closing deals with interior design firms and growing a book of business through ongoing account management.

You will run end-to-end sales, nurture client relationships, and drive renewals and expansions, while collaborating with teams to resolve issues and optimize performance. This position rewards a proactive, autonomous seller with a clear path to income growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or client success with a track record of hitting sales targets.
• Proven ability to close deals and own client relationships over time.
• Strong communication and the ability to explain performance data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and sales calls with interior design firms and close them into the programme.
• Manage your own sales pipeline end to end with monthly targets.
• Own every account as primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews, diagnosing bottlenecks and advising next steps.
• Drive renewals by communicating value throughout the programme.
• Identify expansion opportunities to upgrade programme tiers.
• Generate referrals by building strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow-up cadences in CRM.
