Job summary

ACME EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and grow our cleaning services portfolio.

You will identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct site visits, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate contracts. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, 1-3 years of sales experience, and ability to work toward sales targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in cleaning, facilities management, manpower or service industries.
• B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work toward sales targets.
• Able to conduct site visits and prepare quotations.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning services.
• Source potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, online platforms and other channels.
• Target commercial offices, retail outlets, condominiums, schools, industrial premises, restaurants, warehouses and other suitable clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Arrange meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct site visits to understand cleaning requirements and operational conditions.
• Assess manpower, equipment, cleaning frequency and service requirements.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional or customised cleaning solutions.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals and service packages.
• Work with the operations team to determine suitable manpower and service requirements.
• Calculate pricing while considering labour, equipment, materials and operational costs.
• Present proposals and explain service scope clearly to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, service scope and contract terms with clients.
• Follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Address client concerns and objections.
• Close new cleaning service contracts and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Ensure proper handover of newly secured contracts to the operations team.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle service-related feedback and coordinate with operations for resolution.
• Identify opportunities for contract renewal, expansion and additional services.
• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Monitor cleaning industry trends and competitor pricing.
• Identify new market segments and potential customers.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer requirements.
• Recommend new services or sales strategies where appropriate.
