Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in facilities management, cleaning services, or related service industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin or other languages are an advantage for client engagement.
• Valid driving license will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories or market segments.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to secure appointments.
• Prepare and present comprehensive service proposals and quotations.
• Respond to tenders and requests for quotations within required timeframes.
• Negotiate contract terms within company guidelines.
• Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collect client feedback and communicate to relevant departments.
