Job summary

Doctor Clean Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive New-Business Hunter to source and win commercial clients for cleaning services. You will handle the full sales cycle from cold calls to site visits, closing contracts, and ensuring smooth handover to Operations.

You will qualify prospects, book appointments, and meet monthly targets while collaborating with operations to deliver quality service and foster repeat business. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• Experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Willing to travel for site visits; driving licence a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and win new B2B clients for cleaning services.
• Conduct site visits and present service proposals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Meet monthly targets for calls, appointments, quotations and closures.
• Handover new clients to HR & Operations and support service quality.
• Maintain lead and pipeline log daily.
