Sciente International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of a leading banking organisation. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted business partner, coordinating strategic priorities, and driving follow-through on key initiatives across the technology organisation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Communications or related field.
5+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in technology, digital, banking, or corporate functions.
Strong organizational, planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CIO to manage strategic priorities and initiatives.
Track actions, risks, decisions, milestones, and deliverables for visibility.
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and board-ready materials.
Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and offsites with agendas and follow-ups.
Manage the CIO's calendar and governance forums.
Maintain governance dashboards and leadership metrics.
Support annual planning, budgeting, and technology objective tracking.
Draft internal communications on behalf of the CIO.
Coordinate travel, expenses, and confidential records.
