• Experience engaging boards and C-suite executives.
• Advantageous: overseeing multiple operational policy areas.
• Experience in regulated sectors and regulatory advocacy.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy and governance for the association.
• Engage insurer C-levels and balance member inputs.
• Represent sector with external stakeholders and organisations.
• Oversee operational functions including finance, people and IT.
• Develop sector-wide talent initiatives and capabilities.
