Great Eastern Group in Singapore is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead the Group's regulatory program. Based at the SG-GE Centre, you will drive compliance strategy across Singapore and Malaysia and coordinate with MAS, LIA/GIA, and external regulators.

With 8–10 years of insurance regulatory experience, you will own CRSA processes, governance, and eGRC enhancements, delivering board-ready reporting and risk-mitigation actions in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in regulatory compliance in insurance.
• Deep knowledge of MAS Notice 126/127, RBC2, LIA/GIA guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and manage compliance risk frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead regulatory compliance initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Manage compliance risk frameworks and CRSA exercises.
• Interface with MAS, LIA/GIA, and regulators; board reporting.
• Oversee eGRC system enhancement and digital compliance initiatives.
• Coach and develop staff and align Group policies to local requirements.
