Job summary

The Plattering Co is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business, manage client relationships, and promote our catering and bento services in Singapore. You will identify potential clients across corporate, hospitality, and event sectors and present tailored proposals to close deals.

Collaborating with marketing and operations, you will build a strong sales pipeline, track KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer service from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business management, hospitality or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Sales Executive or similar in catering, F&B, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in the corporate, hospitality, and event sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs and customize catering packages to meet requirements.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services for events.
• Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
