Elsie’s Kitchen Catering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to secure catering leads and drive sales.

You will understand menu selections and promotions to tailor recommendations for events, and handle inquiries by phone and email. You will promptly prepare quotations and confirmations for clients, while building rapport to ensure a memorable experience. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Experience in F&B sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure sales leads and opportunities to increase catering sales.
• Understand catering menu selections and promotions to recommend and advise clients for events.
• Familiar with ordering policies and handle event inquiries via phone and email.
• Develop rapport with the public, guests and clients to create a memorable experience.
• Produce quotations and confirmations in a timely manner for all clients.
• Provide after-sales service and address guest complaints with relevant departments when needed.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues to secure future business.
