invites a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. You will negotiate prices and contracts with vendors, analyze costs, monitor supplier performance, and maintain strong relationships while collaborating with inventory, logistics, and finance to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships.
• Strong analytical skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Communication skills for internal coordination and external vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and forecast demand.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Analyze market trends and predict consumer demand.
• Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and finance teams.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
