Job summary

COL33 PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal departments to meet requirements while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery standards. The role involves negotiating terms, coordinating orders, monitoring supplier performance, and driving continuous improvements in processes and spend.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full procurement cycle from sourcing to payment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier evaluation skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, quotation, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery and invoice coordination.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, lead time and service.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.
• Issue and manage purchase orders per policy and approval procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and identify new sources as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance and other departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and work to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Review purchasing costs and identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier information, quotations and purchase orders.
• Assist in negotiating supplier contracts and payment terms.
• Monitor market prices and supplier trends.
• Handle supplier disputes, quality issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and approvals.
• Prepare procurement reports on spend, supplier performance and outstanding orders.
• Support audits with proper procurement documentation.
