Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage supplier sourcing, logistics and production planning, ensuring timely delivery. You will negotiate terms, source global suppliers for MEC components, and monitor performance to drive cost savings and KPI improvements.

We value 3–5 years in contract manufacturing purchasing, strong Excel and data analysis skills, plus negotiation and supplier management capabilities for strategic sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years purchasing experience in contract manufacturing, preferably with cables/electromechanical assemblies.
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier management skills.
• Good commercial acumen with ability to drive sourcing and cost improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, supplier sourcing, logistics and production planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and lead times to drive cost savings.
• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for mechanical, electronic and electromechanical components.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery and inventory levels.
• Support Engineering Change (EC) processes and resolve procurement/supply issues through data analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations and other teams on sourcing and cost improvement initiatives.
• Prepare purchasing reports and provide recommendations to improve processes and achieve KPIs.
