Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a procurement/order management professional for a 6-month contract.

You will receive orders, create sales and shop orders, and coordinate with the Program Management team to prepare quotes and manage scheduling. The role includes coordinating with Manufacturing on equipment and workload, overseeing inventories at warehouses and customer sites, negotiating with suppliers to reduce costs and lead times, and supporting NPI activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
• Commitment to a 6-month contract.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and manage customer order schedules.
• Coordinate with Program Management to provide quotes.
• Consult with Manufacturing on equipment, manpower and workload.
• Ensure long-term contracts with the supply base.
• Oversee inventories at warehouse and customer sites for Kanban items.
• Respond to inquiries on product selection, prices and quotations.
• Issue POs to suppliers based on order/forecast and expedite material shortages.
• Support NPI (FAI) activities.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs and lead times.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
