Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Buyer on a contractual arrangement in Singapore. You will manage Procure to Pay for direct and indirect materials and services, review contracts, issue POs, and maintain vendor relationships.

The role requires strong sourcing knowledge, supplier management, and proficiency with SAP MM and Ariba. You will coordinate with Finance and aim to deliver savings and reliable supply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sourcing and purchasing activities.
• Strong customer and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP MM and Ariba experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Procure to Pay process for direct and indirect materials and services.
• Review and establish short and long term contracts; issue spot purchase orders.
• Maintain and upload contracts in the Contract Portal.
• Analyze market directions and supplier performance to drive savings.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve payment discrepancies with suppliers.
• Achieve department KPIs aligned with customer satisfaction.
