Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive orders, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and manage order schedules.
• Coordinate with Program Management to prepare quotes.
• Consult with Manufacturing on equipment, manpower, and workload.
• Support long-term contracts with the supply base.
• Oversee inventories in warehouse and at customer sites.
• Handle inquiries on product selection, pricing and quotes.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and expedite materials.
• Support NPI/FAI activities.
• Maintain inventory levels and minimize stock holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs and lead times.
