SoftwareOne is seeking a Business Development Director to drive the growth of the Modern Workplace portfolio by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and shaping transformation roadmaps. Qualifications

• Experience in consultative B2B sales across cloud, digital workplace, or tech services.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
• Experience developing business cases, presenting proposals, and articulating value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close modern workplace opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, including executives.
• Partner with account managers to develop account strategies and customer transformation roadmaps.
• Translate customer challenges into commercially viable service and solution offerings.
• Position advisory, professional, and managed services for workplace modernization, productivity, and security.
• Lead engagements, proposals, negotiations, and contracting activities through to close.
