Job summary

Mastercard in Singapore seeks an Analyst, Business Development (Retail & Commerce) to lead end-to-end relationships with merchant customers and drive commercial growth. You will collaborate with global teams, translate data into actionable strategies, and ensure compliance with Mastercard standards.

You will support analytics-driven decision making, deliver reporting on performance metrics, and participate in special projects across channels.

Qualifications

Analytical and problem-solving abilities essential.
Strategic thinking to translate data into business actions.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proven project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Access; coding knowledge a plus.
Experience with Tableau, Domo or BI tools.

Responsibilities

Manage Mastercard relationships with key Retail and Commerce merchants in Singapore.
Collaborate with global teams to identify opportunities and improve programs.
Ensure compliance with Mastercard standards across programs and partners.
Use analytics tools to support compliance, investigations and reporting.
Lead project work, document processes, manage timelines and risk-related tasks.
Communicate with stakeholders to implement action plans addressing vulnerabilities.
