Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as BA, PM, Systems Analyst, or similar.
- Experience in requirement gathering, data analysis and solution design.
- Background in software development or programming (Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript) desirable.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- CBAP or PMI-BA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories; validate solutions.
- Support implementation, including user training and change management.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting; manage risks.
- Analyze data, create actionable reports, and maintain process documentation.
