Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Changi Business Park, Singapore. The role focuses on supporting project delivery and business transformation within the Corporate Actions domain.

You will gather requirements, map processes, assess impacts, and work with business users, operations, and technology teams to design and implement solutions. UAT and documentation are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• >1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or Operations Analyst within banking/financial services.
• Experience in Corporate Actions, Securities Operations, Asset Servicing, Custody Operations or Investment Operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and operations teams.
• Collate and maintain application and system details, including data flows, interfaces, business rules, and process documentation.
• Conduct impact assessments for project initiatives and clearly document findings and assumptions.
• Partner with business users, operations teams, and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and data flow standards.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solution discussions, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support project managers in project planning, governance, status tracking, and change implementation activities.
• Provide day-to-day support to users by addressing business queries and promoting effective system usage.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, business solution documents, and testing documentation.
• Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, test case prep, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Ensure project deliverables and documentation are completed per standards and templates.
