Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst to engage stakeholders, elicit and document requirements, and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will facilitate workshops, manage backlogs in Agile projects, and support design, testing, and change management across business and IT teams.

The role emphasizes process improvement, solution design, and continuous delivery in a government/enterprise context.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product delivery, or system implementation.
• Experience on software or digital product development projects.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments is advantageous.
• Experience in Government or large-scale enterprise systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and policy requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate requirements; translate into user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyse processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
• Support Agile delivery by refining product backlogs and requirements.
• Develop and review test scenarios, SIT and UAT, and validate functionality.
